Woloteng residents appeal to government to reshape their roads


Residents of Woloteng in the Buli Electoral Area in the Wa West District have appealed to the government to come and reshape their roads to help make them motorable.


According to the residents, they have constructed three kilometers road to the entrance of the community with their manpower while appealing to the government to help construct the road for them.


In an interview with Info Radio at the community, Mr. La-engminer James said the roads are full of potholes which are affect business and social service in the community.


He added that pregnant women feel severe pain whenever they are to deliver at health facility at Lassie.


Another resident of the community Mr. James Na-enuor lamented that their plight is compounded by a river along the Wolloteng to Nazieteng which ought to be bridged.


He explained the due to the bridge school children from Naazieteng are not able to access school at Wolloteng.


Mr. Safaa Abraham, another resident, also appealed to government to construct the road passing through the community to Berenyasi for them to have access Tamvaare market and Vieri health Centre.
