Team Ghana Gears Up for the 2024 Paris Olympics


The 2024 Paris Olympics officially commenced last Friday, and Team Ghana is ready to make its mark in an exciting series of events.


With a delegation of 21 members, Ghana is set to showcase its talent and competitive spirit on the global stage.


The Ghanaian team includes eight athletes who will participate in various disciplines, accompanied by 12 officials. Key figures in the delegation include the Ghana Olympic Committee President, Ben Nunoo Mensah, and Chef de Mission, Isaac Kwasi Aboagye.


Running from July 26 to August 11, the Olympics will see Ghanaian athletes competing in swimming, track and field, and the high jump. These athletes have trained rigorously to represent their country and aim to achieve remarkable feats in their respective sports.


The team's participation in the Paris Olympics highlights Ghana's commitment to fostering sports development and nurturing talent. As the events unfold, all eyes will be on Team Ghana, eagerly anticipating their performances and hoping for a successful and memorable Olympic campaign.
