Sissala East NDC attributes party's victory to hard work, honesty, and unity

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Sissala East Constituency has attributed its victory in the 2024 elections to work hard, honesty, and unity.

According to Mr Nandzo Amadu, the NDC Sissala East Constituency Secretary, the party's commitment to these values resonated with the voters, leading to their success at the polls.

“Hard work and truth, we actually put in our best, our candidate is a truthful person, anytime we went out we tell the people nothing but the truth and we were also united as constituency executives. We put together all our axe and that was how we won the elections.”

Speaking to Info Radio on Monday, January 6, 2025, Mr Amadu emphasized that, the NDC has learned a valuable lesson from past experiences.  He noted that the party is committed to fulfilling its campaign promises.

“The Ghanaian voter is now aware of whatever that is happening, you cannot deceive them. We are ready to work and work harder to consolidate the trust they have reposed on us,” he stated.

Mr Amadu expressed optimism that President John Dramani Mahama will deliver on his promises to Ghanaians. The Sissala East Constituency is noted for large-scale farming, and he mentioned that the constituency will also benefit from the NDC’s promise of establishing farmer service centres across the country.
