Jessica Abatanie Asin-ma with stage name, Asin-ma in the ongoing Miss Dumba Beauty Contest, has won Star Performer of the night for the second time in a row last Saturday.
Asin-ma’s outstanding performance last Saturday “Selling Upper West to Attract Investors” won the votes of the judges of the night.
She played multiple character roles on stage in a perfect blend that attracted the pleasure of audiences and judges.
She played the part of a journalist, a news caster, presenting the investment opportunities in the Upper West Region to potential investors.
She also played the role of a news correspondent in the news bulletin. On same stage, she acted as the woman and the man who were interviewed by the news correspondent.
Her performance caught the eyes of the judges, winning her the Star Performer for the night, the same award she won the previous Saturday.
Most Eloquent went to Ngmennasong while Ayisha won the Best Costume.
In the previous week, Asin-ma grabbed the Star Performer while Most Eloquent and Best Costume were awarded to Ayisha and Tuuro respectively.
Last week, the contestants put an spectacular performances demonstrating the traditional fashion and cultural backgrounds of the various settlers of the Upper West.
