The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of MHM Health Consultancy Ltd (UK and Ghana), Dr. Mrs. Micaelene Holder March, has donated modern high capacity desktop computers and a printer to BUSOTA. The items including three sets of desktop computer and a printer cost Thousands of Ghana Cedis.
She made the donation at the "Leaders in Health and Tech Conference & Awards" held at the conference Hall in the Holiday Inn at the Accra Airport, Ghana on the 20th November, 2021.
The gesture was to enable BUSOTA a local based Ghanaian own Non- Governmental Organization (NGO) with its main office in Wa, Upper West Regional Capital and a sub office in Walewale, North- East Region to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
BUSOTA is an NGO which is into women empowerment initiatives giving agriculture and Shea value chain, security, youth development, education, heath, conflict and peace building mechanism, advocacy and environment.
Dr. Mrs. Micaelene Holder March for many years have been engaging in philanthropy work in the area of health, women empowerment, girl child and support to emerging NGOs and youth development.
She expressed hope and satisfaction of BUSOTA desire to influence a positive course in the life of the rule poor, especially in the area of health, women in Shea value chain, youth development and advocacy.
The management of BUSOTA after receiving the items gave an assurance that, it will be put into maximum usage, especially in an era of digital economy, computers and accessories has become indispensable and so the timing of the donation was so right.
Dr. Mrs. Micaelene Holder March is also Forbes Executive Coach Ambassador for MIT AMR.
