Residents of Bakuroteng/Bulitanga community in Lassie-Tuolu Electoral Area of the Wa West District are complaining bitterly over lack of electricity and potable drinking water in their community. In an interview with info radio, residents revealed that, the lack of water in the community forces residents to walk long distance to fetch water from a stream which is unwholesome for domestic use adding that, the situation poses a big threat to them.
Aside the lack of water in the community, the residents also bemoaned the undue darkness they are wallowing in.
According to the residents, the unavailability of electricity hinders the growth of the community.
