Hafiz Konkoni aims to return to teaching after football career

Hafiz Konkoni, a former forward for Bechem United, has revealed his post-football plans to return to the classroom as a teacher.


Currently on loan at Club Olympics in Lybia, Konkoni is not only known for his impressive skills on the field but also his dedication to education.


Speaking to Info Radio’s Head of Sports, Alex Bamele Zaga on the Sunday Special show, the professional footballer, who holds a teaching qualification from Tumu College of Education (TUCE), expressed his passion for teaching and his intention to resume his teaching career once he hangs up his boots.


"After my football career, I would love to go back to the classroom to teach," Konkoni said.


Konkoni’s dual dedication to sports and education underscores his commitment to making a positive impact both on and off the pitch.


His plans to return to teaching highlight his belief in the importance of education and his desire to give back to the community.
