Five teams book Upper West Regional middle league spots

The 2024/2025 Upper West Regional Division II League has reached a crucial stage, with teams from various zones securing spots in the highly anticipated middle league.

In Zone 1, Kalibi Sporting Club emerged victorious, earning their place in the middle league after a strong performance throughout the season.

One team is yet to add up to this group.

Zone 2 saw TF Exponential Football Club and Jirapa Steel Benders FC qualify after impressive displays in their respective fixtures, solidifying their spots in the next round of the competition.

Zone 3 produced two formidable teams, Soccer Babies Football Club and Real 24 Hours Football Club, both of whom demonstrated remarkable consistency and skill to advance to the middle league.

Meanwhile, Maana Football Club remains a strong contender, sitting at the second of the group one with 38 points. They are set to face Discipline Youth FC in a crucial encounter at NJA College Park on Saturday, April 5, 2025.

Similarly, Exponential Football Club is just behind with 37 points and will be battling Young Hippos FC at the Wa Sports Stadium on the same day. These matches could potentially impact the final standings and determine additional qualifications for the middle league in zone one.
