The Catholic Organization for Social and Religious Advancement (COSRA) says they are committed to develop young people in Ghana.
Speaking during the 20th Biennial National Delegates Congress held in Wa, the National president of COSRA, Dr Stephen Nabareseh, their organization is concern with catering for the needs of vulnerable members in society .
According to him, COSRA has spend over Eighty Thousand Ghana cedis to support the needy, the sick and the aged in the country.
Dr Stephen Nabareseh therefore encouraged members of the organization to study the word of God and continue to support vulnerable members in their communities.
Most Reverend Peter Paul Angkyier, the Bishop of Damago Diocese of the Catholic Church at the occasion , urged COSRA members to form groups in public institutions and also take part in active politics to overcome the menace in this world by exercising the Christian faith in their various groups and institutions
Professor Philip Duku Osei, the Vice Chancellor of Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, (SDD-UBIDS) in his welcome address at the event said the university considered spirituality and spiritual development as part of the holistic process of training students and called on COSRA members to continue to support the university in diverse ways to grow.
