Residents of Bawa in the Wa West District have applauded Assembly Member for Tanina Electoral Area, Hon Seidu Kassim, for stringent efforts made in getting the community a Kindergarten.
The school started this year in January when schools all over the country were opened after they were closed down following the outbreak of Coronavirus.
The yet-to-be absorbed school has KG 1 and KG 2 with current pupil enrollment at the school is 52, both boys and girls.
Speaking in an interview with Info Radio at the community, a resident, Sam Dovung appraised the Assembly Member saying that they have never witnessed a regime like his, who is committed to uplift the community.
He said the Assembly Member has offered them maximum support in getting the school started.

He recounted how a school pupil nearly got killed in an accident on the way to school but for the timely intervention of a ‘Good Samaritan’.
He has however called on the government and NGOs to the support school which is yet to be absorbed by the government.
Another resident, John Sankaara, while appealing thanking the Assembly Member for the efforts in setting up the school, he also called on the government to support the triumph made by the community in living to their dreams.
