The Assembly Member for the Issa Electoral Area, Mr Ernest Kansangbata has donated essential textbooks to two Junior High Schools (JHS) in the community.
The beneficiary schools are the All Saints Junior High School and Roman Catholic Junior High School. The donated books include Best Brain Series textbooks in English, Mathematics, and Science, aimed at enhancing teaching and learning in the schools.
Speaking during the presentation, Mr Kansangbata revealed that the books cost over GH₵1,000. He emphasized the importance of quality education and urged authorities, as well as benevolent individuals and organizations, to support the schools with more teaching and learning materials.
He expressed his commitment to improving education in the area and called on stakeholders to invest in the future of the students.
The beneficiary schools authorities and students expressed their gratitude for the donation, describing it as a timely intervention that would improve academic performance.
